Plate Up. Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies (extra fudgy)

To me, baking is synonymous with cookies and who doesn't love the extra fudgey variety. I've been known in the past to whip up a batch just so the house is smelling nice, and whenever I do I always pull them out early so they're still soft and gooey. I think it's the best way! Try these; the condensed milk and brown sugar makes them nice and fudgey and the coconut combined with the chocolate is a definite hit!

What you'll need
125g butter, room temperature
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3/4 plain flour
3/4 dessicated coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup chocolate chips

What to do
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Cream the wet ingredients until they are light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix together. Line a greased baking try and roll the mixture into heaped teaspoon sized balls and flatten down with your fingers. Bake for 20 minutes or until just golden.
